SURFACE HARDENER COATING FOR POLYMERIZED PLASTER

ACEHARDENER is a high performance surface hardener coating for polymerized plaster based on acrylic polyurethane hybrid dispersion with organosilicon additives. The coating is recommended for usage on polymerized plaster like Ecoset Readymix applied on Thermocol/EPS sheets in cold storages to increase life and cooling performance of EPS insulation. ACEHARDENER forms a hard protective layer over polymerized plaster which prevents any moisture or water vapors inside cold storage from damaging plaster or thermocol insulation. This increases life of plaster and insulation and a stable temperature is maintained inside cold store over a long period of time.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

Surface of polymerized plaster like Ecoset Readymix must be clean and dry. Fresh applied polymerized plaster must be allowed to air cure for at least 72 hours or until surface become sufficiently dry. Do not apply over damp plaster. Any fungus or moldy growth over old plaster should be removed with 100 no. sandpaper.

APPLICATION

Stir ACEHARDENER thoroughly before use. After the proper surface preparation apply ACEHARDENER without any dilution with water or solvent using suitable paint roller or brush. Dilution will decrease the performance and life of product and will void warranty conditions. Apply it as a single coat and let it dry for 12 hours. Do not apply when the inside temperature is below 50C.
