ACEFLOOR DS

NANO SILICON BASED CONCRETE FLOOR HARDENER AND SEALER

ACEFLOOR DS is a low VOC, environmentally friendly nano-silicon polymers based concrete floor densifier, hardener, and sealer. This product penetrates bare concrete surfaces and transforms them into permanently dust free floors that get better with age. There’s no scrubbing or washing necessary. This product may be applied to new and existing cured concrete. ACEFLOOR DS is also very effective on polished concrete surfaces to harden, densify and protect their attractive and durable finish.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

Remove unsound concrete and fill holes, cracks and deteriorated areas. All residue, oil, sealers, waxes, contaminants and laitance must be removed from surfaces to assure maximum penetration. On new, interior concrete, work should be done to achieve hard steel trowel finish and should be cured for at least 14 days.

APPLICATION

Apply one saturating coat of ACEFLOOR DS with a low pressure sprayer in a uniform manner, maintaining a wet surface sheen for 15 to 20 minutes. In order to have even absorption and drying rates, additional product may need to be applied if any areas are noticed drying out before the 30 minutes penetration time. If there are areas as noticed where material is pooling in lower spots towards the end of the 30 minute penetration time, spread product out with a soft bristled broom to maintain even saturation/absorption rates or remove it. After drying remove any excess, powder-like residue with a stiff broom. Allow ACEFLOOR DS to completely dry into the surface and finish to floor specifications. Application rate and drying time will vary depending on porosity, temperature or relative humidity.
