NON STICK COATING FOR TOBACCO SPITS AND POSTERS

ACECLEAN NS is a permanent nonstick coating for the protection of concrete, masonry, and pre-existing coatings against all types of tobacco and pan masala spits which creates dirty and unhygienic surroundings in public areas. The cured coating also provides excellent release and ease of removal of unauthorized posters which are illegally pasted on public infrastructure structures. It provides excellent performance against exterior elements such as rain, sun and temperature extremes. ACECLEAN NS is a single component product, which cures at room temperature with ambient moisture.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

Clean the area from all loose particles, oil, grease and any such deleterious materials. Surface may be cleaned by scrubbing or power washing with a common solvent or cleaner.

APPLICATION

A test area should be applied especially on painted or existing graffiti surfaces. ACECLEAN NS is applied using an airless sprayer with proper PPE. Do not use aerosol car body type spraying equipment. However, brush or roller are also suitable methods of application for small surface areas. After use, the spray equipment and lines must immediately be flushed with solvents to prevent the coating from curing and forming a tough adherent cured film. When the container is opened, any remaining product will continue to cure and thicken resulting in surface skinning and increased viscosity. It is therefore advised to use up all the product once it is opened until the container is empty.

STORAGE

Store in dry area between +5°C and +35°C. Protect from heat, freezing and direct sunlight
