Non Gel Cushion Backing

C 1420 is a memory foam backing compound based on cushion technology which provides a simple one part coating system on carpet backing machine lines. The compound can be applied for cushion backing of tufted, woven and needle felt carpets. It can also be used in the production of underlay foams as a replacement of flexible polyurethane foam sheets. The compound can be tailor made to provide a high point-elasticity and flexibility in accordance with required resilience.
